OPTION 4: Use the Credit Card Invoice Method (see below) for the following:
1. If your New York State county sales tax is NOT 8.0%, 8 5/8%, or 8 7/8%
2. For certain items not included on your county's "Add to Cart" button selections
3. For orders from outside New York State (type in 0% tax)
4. For customers that prefer to use an invoice method of payment, regardless of their sales tax %.

(Basically, your going to E-mail me your contact information and merchandise list (which I send to PayPal). PayPal will then E-mail you and handle your credit card payment.)

STEPS FOR USING Credit Card Invoice Method

1. Print out or view the The Living Environment Credit Card Order Form.
You cannot directly fill-in the form.

2. Read the Credit Card Order Form to decide which items you wish to order (there is also an item list below on this page).

3. Next, E-mail me the following information:
a. Title and quantity of each item you wish to purchase
    b. Indicate if you want PriorityFirst Class Mail (instead of free Economy) the add $5 for first item and
         $1 for each additional item.
    c. Complete Contact Information (name, mailing address, zip code,
         county, E-mail address). Please be as accurate as possible.
                                                OR
    a. Copy The Living Environment Credit Card Order Form and paste it into your E-mail
    b. Fill-in the order form in your E-mail (start typing at the far left of each blank box)
    c. Add up your totals, tax, and S/H (if any). Note, the form does not do this automatically
    d. Fill-in the Contact Information at the bottom of the form.

5. When I receive your E-mail I will total the order, unless you used the Order Form and have already
     calculated everything (e.g. purchase prices, tax, and S/H if any).
     I will then send your order to PayPal. If you wish to see your total before I E-mail it to
     Pay Pal, please state this in your E-mail order (Please note that although I check my E-mail orders
      multiple time each day, I am not always at my computer and there may be a delay in my response to incoming E-mail).

6. PayPal will E-mail you a PayPal Invoice. When you receive the PayPal Invoice:
     a. Review the invoice to see if your order is correct. Contact me if there is a problem.
     b. Click the Pay Now button on the PayPal Invoice so that you will be brought to
         the secure PayPal checkout site.
     c. Choose the credit card you wish to use to make your purchase. You may also use the PayPal option if you
        have an account with PayPal. I do not have access to the credit card number you supply to PayPal.
     d. You will receive an E-mail Order Summary from PayPal after you have made your payment.
         You may return to this web page upon payment.
     e. I will E-mail you a "Thank You" as soon as I become aware, via PayPal, that you have completed your
        payment and I will begin preparing your order for shipment.    You will receive a shipping notification and
        a tracking number when your order is shipped.
